Agência Altamira has 15 years of history and was born from a simple restlessness: corporate communication had become a commodity, and the relationship was left out. We bet on the opposite — putting the relationship at the center of every project and building narrative, brand and strategy from there.
Today the firm works on two fronts that go hand in hand. On one side, communication and reputation for organizations that need to communicate with depth — sports clubs, cultural institutions, social organizations and companies that want brand, positioning and image management done with real care. On the other, fundraising for projects approved under tax-incentive laws (Rouanet, the Sports Incentive Law, Ancine, Pronon, Pronas) and advisory work for sponsoring companies. Cutting across both fronts is Panorama — the firm’s proprietary platform that brings together more than 58,000 records on cultural and sports incentives in Brazil.
We operate from Brazil and Spain, based in São Paulo and Barcelona. More than delivering solutions, we believe in building relationships of trust and making a difference — creating stronger brands, more viable projects and more inspiring stories.

TAX-INCENTIVE LAWS PANORAMA An unprecedented consolidation of public data from Brazil’s three main federal incentive laws — LIE, Rouanet and Ancine — with market analysis since 2017. We are the pioneers of this kind of analysis and reporting on incentive laws.

Communications strategist, specialized in social, cultural and sports marketing.
I'm passionate about sport, communication, business and politics — and about understanding how people connect through the stories they tell. My entrepreneurial path began with a mix of opportunity and necessity, and since then I've been building, alongside more than 50 clients, narratives that resonate, move and mobilize.
With a master's degree in Communication, Media and Consumption and a focus on discourse and sentiment analysis, I've spent over a decade leading projects that combine strategy, creativity and impact.
Leading Altamira and Attitude Esportiva, I head the communication strategy for clubs, cultural organizations and companies that want a real brand — and, in parallel, I structure fundraising for incentivized projects that are worth it. Always with method, intelligence and a direct relationship.

Multidisciplinary creator, specialized in visual storytelling and cultural and sports marketing and communication projects.
I'm driven by turning ideas into tangible experiences, combining creativity, planning and execution. Over my career, I've built up a body of work traveling through more than 60 countries. I've worked in Brazil, Italy and currently live in Spain.
I hold a degree in Social Communication, with a specialization in Marketing and Advertising, and later focused on Photography — a field in which I've created internationally recognized projects. My visual work has featured in far-reaching exhibitions and publications, and I co-authored the book Prosa Fotográfica, shortlisted for the 2020 Jabuti Prize.
I've worked with football clubs, startups, major brands and NGOs, always aiming to connect stories, people and innovation. I lead the firm's creative and visual front — from the brand identities of long-standing clients to the narratives that bring cultural and sports projects to the right sponsors.

I'm an Art Director with a degree in Design, passionate about turning ideas into reality through the best visual solutions.
I enjoy the challenge of combining my design foundation with my art direction experience to communicate strong ideas in the most meaningful way possible.
What drives me is seeing a concept leave the page, take shape and create a real connection with people.
Over the years, I've worked with brands such as Movida, Sky, Directv GO, Samsung, Bradesco Seguros, Bauducco, Hershey's, Santander, Volkswagen, PSA (Peugeot and Citroën), AMBEV, Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim and Google, among others.
I'm naturally curious and find inspiration in life, human behavior, fashion, art and music.

I'm a Black woman born and raised in Capão Redondo, where I learned early on that my path would demand courage, dedication and resilience. My passion for audiovisual work began in my teens, through social projects and vocational training — experiences that shaped my creative vision and my commitment to social transformation through communication.
At university, Advertising gave me the technical foundation that complemented my hands-on experience, broadening my repertoire and cementing my interest in the world of digital marketing. Since then, I've followed a path that brings together purpose, creativity and strategy.
I'm driven by challenges and passionate about working across different areas of communication — from planning to content, from storytelling to results. Today, my work focuses on creating impactful campaigns and content that inspire, connect and strengthen brands in the digital space. I believe it's possible to transform realities through communication, and that's exactly what I strive to build every day through my work.

There’s no work well done without responsibility. Every decision must serve the client, the project and the impact it creates in the world — in that order.
Every client starts from scratch. No one-size-fits-all templates: each account has its own audience map, its own story and its own path.
We stay close. No layers between the client and the decision-makers, no support queue. Partners involved in every account, all the time.
Relationship before proposal. A new client starts with a long conversation, not a quick briefing. That’s how we understand what’s really at stake.
Applied intelligence. At Altamira, creativity isn’t ornamental — it’s how we solve brand, positioning, and acquisition challenges with method and data, not guesswork.
Everything clear: timeline, cost, decisions, recommendations. When a direction isn’t working, we say so. When something goes wrong, we tell you before you have to ask.
Co-management, not outsourcing. We stay inside the client’s process — frequent meetings, shared decisions, an aligned team. It’s more work, and it’s what works.
Small portfolio, deep engagement. We turn down work we can’t do well. Clients who come on board stay for years — and our current portfolio proves it.
50+ clients served. Working across communications, reputation and executive engagement.
